Bruce McLennan, Architect, Commercial Development

Bruce McLennan, AIA

Principal, Architecture

Snow or Sun, Bruce has a smile.  When he’s not in the office you’ll find him on the slopes or at the golf course.

Some would argue it’s his love of the great outdoors that makes him so good at architecture as he seeks to appreciate and create the built form.  His 36 year portfolio includes commercial accounts, mixed-use developments, redevelopments, automotive dealerships, and retail spaces.  He has a passion for getting complicated projects through the entitlement process – and manages to stay friendly with the players even after what can be a challenging process.

As an architectural Principal and National Strategy Manager for Commercial Development, he has several projects in all phases of development – from little thoughts in a client’s head through to several projects that are currently in construction administration.  If you asked him about his favorite project, he would likely tell you about Streets of SouthGlenn.  And, you should definitely ask him about it!
