Kathy DeWerff is a people person, which makes her a perfect fit for Farnsworth Group's Vice President, Human Resources.

Kathy joined Farnsworth Group in 2006 and has nearly 25 years experience in human resources. She has specialized skills in employee development, national recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration.  She has been at the forefront in developing Farnsworth Group's leadership and training programs, and was instrumental in launching the Company's safety initiative, placing a high priority of employee safety in the workplace.

Kathy holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) and is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.
