Cooperage 214 Welcomes Residents

Peoria, IL...Cooperage 214 held a ribbon cutting to welcome its new residents in the heart of the Peoria Warehouse District.

Farnsworth Group served as the A/E firm on the project turning this old warehouse that once served as a whiskey cooperage into one of the hippest residential buildings in downtown Peoria.

Farnsworth Group utilized the history of the area and building in its design, from the brick paved streets and parking lot to the original wood floors, pillars and beams and combined it with a modern flare to attract residents to the area.
