Marshall MacFarlane is a Senior Facilities Manager and IFMA Fellow at Farnsworth Group, bringing extensive experience in supporting the performance, reliability, and long-term value of facilities across a wide range of environments. He is dedicated to building strong client partnerships and delivering practical, results-driven solutions that align with operational and organizational goals.

Marshall offers a balanced background in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and responsible budget management. He has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and help clients navigate complex operational challenges.

As a Facilities Management subject matter expert, Marshall collaborates with Farnsworth Group’s design and construction teams to support seamless building turnovers and long-term facility success. He is well-versed in asset management, CMMS systems, and industry best practices, and also brings experience in third-party electrical testing and maintenance.

Ken is a municipal planning and community engagement leader at Farnsworth Group, bringing more than 40 years of experience in civil engineering, public facilitation, and community outreach throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. He works closely with clients and stakeholders to guide projects through complex planning processes and deliver practical, community-focused solutions.

Ken’s experience includes municipal consulting, land development, water resources, construction services, land planning, and surveying. Prior to joining Farnsworth Group, he owned and managed two consulting engineering and land surveying firms, providing him with a strong foundation in both project execution and business leadership.

He has also held roles in local government and nonprofit organizations focused on city planning and community relations, giving him valuable insight into public processes and stakeholder engagement. Ken applies this experience to help clients navigate challenges, build consensus, and advance successful, well-supported projects.
