Brandon brings nearly 35 years of experience in water resources engineering, project management, and infrastructure development. His work spans stormwater modeling, green infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and municipal projects, with an approach that balances technical expertise, practical implementation, and long‑term community needs. Brandon’s background reflects a truly interdisciplinary perspective, bringing together engineering, regulatory requirements, and infrastructure planning. He has deep expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of natural systems and a strong interest in stormwater management, wetland science, stream restoration, green infrastructure, and sustainable site design. Known for his thoughtful, systems‑based approach, Brandon helps clients develop resilient, environmentally responsible solutions that work today and into the future.
Andy Hanfland
Andy brings 30 years of hands‑on experience to the planning, permitting, design, and construction of civil and petroleum pipeline projects. He’s worked across the full project lifecycle and is especially skilled at managing complex projects and building strong client relationships. His expertise spans a wide range of infrastructure work, including municipal and petroleum pipelines, sanitary and storm sewer systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, water main systems and modeling, elevated tank design and inspections, and site development. Andy is also experienced in specialized services such as pipeline reroutes and maintenance, nitrogen purging, hydrotesting, and mitigating stream and river crossings. Known for his practical, solutions‑oriented approach, he helps clients navigate technical challenges efficiently while keeping projects moving safely and successfully forward.
Amy Wilson
Amy brings more than 20 years of experience to her work in landscape architecture, helping clients turn ideas into thoughtful, well‑designed places. Her skillsets can be applied to a number of markets from residential and commercial developments to municipal and parks and recreation spaces. She enjoys guiding projects from the earliest concepts through construction, combining thoughtful planning, creative design, and strong technical execution along the way.
Michael Redington, PE
Michael Redington is the Chief Financial Officer at Farnsworth Group, with nearly 30 years of experience in finance and business. He has a strong background in engineering and has held leadership roles in both startups and publicly traded companies. Michael is known for his ability to develop strategies, build teams, and solve complex problems.
As CFO, Michael collaborates with Farnsworth Group principals, senior leaders, and project managers to ensure excellent service delivery to clients. He provides strategic leadership on financial matters, driving growth and excellence.
Michael also has expertise in information technology, including cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI, making him a key leader in Farnsworth Group’s IT initiatives.
Darin Amsberry, PE
Darin is a Principal with Farnsworth Group’s Advanced Manufacturing & Technology (AMT) practice and is passionate about designing high‑purity facility systems while delivering exceptional client experiences. He has spent much of his career supporting semiconductor fabrication clients, bringing deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of complex manufacturing environments. [office.com]
Darin specializes in ultrapure water and wastewater treatment systems, process chemical and mechanical systems, and controls. His experience includes both large‑scale renovation and upgrade projects as well as greenfield, new‑construction facilities. Known for his thoughtful, client‑focused approach, Darin works closely with teams and owners to deliver reliable, high‑performance process solutions that support demanding operational requirements.
Charles Keefer, AIA, NCARB
Charles brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture, project management, and organizational leadership. As the lead Principal based in Farnsworth Group’s Phoenix office, he focuses on comprehensive team leadership, project management, and QA/QC oversight to help ensure consistent, high‑quality project delivery.
Charles has managed a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, including complex health care, K‑12 education, higher education, and industrial facilities. His broad experience across clients, delivery methods, and project settings allows him to anticipate challenges early and guide teams toward successful outcomes. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Charles is committed to building long‑term client relationships and delivering thoughtful solutions that support both owners’ goals and the firm’s continued success.
Wade Ross, PE
Wade Ross is the Managing Principal of Farnsworth Group’s Building Engineering Systems Group, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Wade has a diverse background in numerous market sectors, including government, healthcare, educational, manufacturing, and critical operations centers. Wade has demonstrated a history of working in the vertical building engineering industry and is a strong business development professional skilled in HVAC, Plumbing, Ventilation, Consulting Engineering, and Fire Protection.
Wade holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and is dedicated to developing healthcare, industrial, and education projects. His ability to combine technical expertise with strategic business development enables him to drive organizational growth and deliver exceptional results.
