Brian brings more than 35 years of experience to the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical engineering market. Over the course of his career, he has engineered and designed thousands of projects and supported clients through a wide range of specialty services, including due diligence, peer and second‑opinion reviews, troubleshooting, construction administration, commissioning, quality control, and owner’s representation.
Brian is known for his strength in developing clear, comprehensive construction documents and system specifications for complex commercial projects, including data centers, indoor cultivation facilities, and institutional buildings.

His experience also includes engineering feasibility studies, energy analyses, and coordinating subcontractor installations nationwide to keep projects on schedule. With deep knowledge of building operations—ranging from engineering surveys and smoke control and fire alarm assessments to preventative maintenance programs—Brian helps owners achieve reliable, efficient, and well‑performing building systems from design through long‑term operation.
