Charles Eickele brings 34 years of engineering experience leading capital improvement and major maintenance projects for petroleum and natural gas facilities, including pipelines, terminals, and storage operations. As an Energy & Utilities Engineering Manager at Farnsworth Group, he provides both technical leadership and hands‑on project management support across a wide range of complex projects.

Charles has managed multidisciplinary teams through every phase of project delivery—from concept and design through construction, implementation, and close‑out. His experience includes pipeline relocations and replacements, facility modifications and expansions, storage tank construction and inspection, truck loading systems, blending systems, water treatment, automation upgrades, and ongoing facility maintenance. Known for his practical, detail‑driven approach, Charles works closely with clients to develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, oversee design and construction, manage subcontractors, and maintain cost control—helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and successfully.
