Dustin Rhoades Sr. Engineering Manager

Dustin brings 17 years of experience in mechanical engineering design for new construction and renovation projects across healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities. As a Senior Engineering Manager with Farnsworth Group, he supports projects throughout the full design and construction process, from early conceptual design and detailed engineering through QA/QC and construction observation.

Dustin has experience designing and coordinating a wide range of HVAC systems, including chilled water and heating hot water systems, geothermal systems, variable refrigerant flow (VRF), variable‑air‑volume systems, and packaged rooftop units. His broad technical background, combined with a strong understanding of constructability and coordination, allows him to help project teams deliver efficient, reliable mechanical solutions that support both performance goals and owner needs. Known for his thorough approach and responsiveness, Dustin helps keep complex projects moving smoothly from design through construction.
