Jim has 24 years of experience serving as a project manager, program and client manager, lead engineer, and engineering/construction manager across a wide range of industries. His project management experience includes leading multidiscipline design teams on projects within the utility, oil and gas, heavy industrial, power, and telecommunications sectors. Jim’s design background includes utility routing and design, site design, stormwater management, and transportation projects.

He is highly skilled at managing production, schedule, scope, and budget throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Known for his strong communication and leadership abilities, Jim has successfully managed large, complex projects involving numerous subcontractors and construction personnel. He excels at adapting to change, collaborating across teams, and navigating conflict to move projects forward while considering the needs of all stakeholders.
