David Reynolds, PE, CEFP, F.SAME Sr. Director of Business Development

Mr. Reynolds serves as Senior Director of Business Development for Federal and Higher Education Programs and Texas at Farnsworth Group. He brings more than 40 years of experience in facilities, engineering, and leadership across federal, academic, and military environments.

Prior to joining Farnsworth Group, he spent 8 years as Associate Vice President for Facilities at the University of North Texas and 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Colonel in the civil engineer career field. His background includes strategic planning, organizational change management, facility operations, and design and construction.

Mr. Reynolds is recognized for his collaborative leadership ability to solve complex challenged, supporting successful outcomes across local, state, federal, and international projects.
