Janelle Payne, IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP Interior Design Manager

Mrs. Payne is an interior design leader at Farnsworth Group, bringing 28 years of experience creating practical, innovative spaces across a wide range of facility types. She collaborates closely with clients and project teams to develop interiors that are both functional and distinctive, supporting each facility’s purpose and long-term success.

Her approach is rooted in an integrated, team-based design process that often includes engagement with owners, staff, and end users. Mrs. Payne’s expertise spans interior design principles, product and finish selection, and creative problem-solving, resulting in cohesive environments that enhance both user experience and overall building performance.

Mrs. Payne holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science with a Housing and Environmental Design Sequence from Illinois State University and is a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Illinois.
