Tom O’Neill brings more than 25 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system design to his role at Farnsworth Group. His diverse background includes work across industrial, educational, federal, commercial, and retail facilities, giving him a well-rounded understanding of complex building systems and client needs.

Tom specializes in energy engineering, retrofit design, and troubleshooting intricate systems, with additional expertise in operations and maintenance. He is known for delivering practical, value-driven solutions that align with each client’s goals, expectations, and long-term facility performance.

He has also played a key role in advancing asset management initiatives at Farnsworth Group, contributing to projects spanning more than 20 million square feet. Through this work, Tom helps clients optimize asset performance, improve lifecycle planning, and maximize the value of their facilities.
