Brian brings 20 years of experience supporting commercial and higher‑education building projects through construction, performance evaluation, commissioning, and sustainable certification. His background includes HVAC commissioning, LEED certification, and project management, with a strong focus on helping facilities perform as intended from day one. Brian’s primary goal is ensuring that building systems meet—or exceed—owner expectations, whether at the individual facility or campus level. He also brings experience working in sensitive lab environments, including BSL‑2 and BSL‑3 facilities. In his role, Brian focuses on commissioning and performance‑driven services for building projects, bringing leadership and oversight to complex assignments. He manages and supports a team that includes section managers, senior experts, project managers, and client managers, helping ensure consistent delivery and technical excellence across the region.
