Blending new with old is imperative with urban redevelopment. This block of Larimer Street in Denver’s RINO neighborhood included two independent projects for restaurant groups wanting to introduce their concepts into the Denver market.
Both projects included meeting the needs of the incoming restaurants, and improving the pedestrian experience with patio spaces, additional sidewalks, landscape and furniture. This block now includes a variety of dining options, resulting in a vibrant urban block of businesses, where old and new sit side-by-side.
