Farnsworth Group provided Phase III Construction Services for the reconstruction of Pennsylvania Ave., New York Ave., Glen Oak Ave., Wayne St., and Armstrong Ave. including the construction of the first roundabout intersection in Peoria.
Resident Engineering Services included construction observation, material testing and certification, and ICORS. This project is located between a residential district and a major hospital and provides a great upgrade in aesthetics, safety, and pedestrian and vehicular access.
