Farnsworth Group provided civil engineering and surveying services for the 25-acre Northern Water campus in Berthoud, Colorado.
Supporting a major campus expansion, the project included site and utility infrastructure for multiple new operational and administrative buildings, along with new parking areas, driveways, stormwater facilities, and public and private utilities.
To support long-term growth, Farnsworth Group developed a master drainage plan that accommodated phased campus improvements and designed adjacent roadway enhancements, including a dedicated turn lane from the public right-of-way. Site improvements were designed to meet the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) SITES sustainability framework, promoting resilient and environmentally responsible landscape development.
Working closely with the owner, contractor, and local agencies, Farnsworth Group provided construction documentation, municipal entitlement support, and construction administration services, helping deliver a modern, sustainable campus that will serve Northern Water’s operational needs for years to come.
