David Gatchel Associate Principal, Corporate Safety Director

David is Environmental Services Manager and Corporate Safety Director at Farnsworth Group, based in St. Louis, Missouri. He is an experienced environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professional with a strong background supporting the oil and gas industry. He has worked as an environmental consultant for a wide range of clients, including pipeline transmission companies, gasoline retail facilities, industrial manufacturing operations, and residential and commercial construction firms. He has also served as an EHS Compliance Manager within oil and gas and pipeline organizations.

In addition to his consulting work, David serves as Farnsworth Group’s Corporate Safety Director, providing leadership across the firm’s safety programs. His experience includes EHS department leadership, project management, multi‑media permitting and compliance, facility auditing, and the development of stormwater pollution prevention and spill prevention, control, and countermeasure plans.
