Jeff brings more than 38 years of experience in civil engineering and land surveying. His career has encompassed a wide range of project types, including historical land surveying, transportation‑oriented surveys, oil and gas work, and civil construction‑related projects. Jeff has served clients across numerous market sectors, with experience in transportation, right‑of‑way acquisition, civil design, and expert witness services.

Under Jeff’s leadership, projects are managed with a strong focus on schedule, budget, and, most importantly, client relationships, ensuring results that are in the best interest of the client. His technical expertise includes extensive experience with Trimble GPS equipment and software, as well as AutoCAD and Bentley platforms, including MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
