Kathy Mulvey Engineering Manager

Kathy is experienced in all phases of project development and completion for municipalities, counties, and the state Department of Transportation. She has worked on various transportation and commercial development projects that include rehabilitation, reconstruction, and maintenance work for urban and rural intersections, streets, highways, and bridges. Design experience includes vertical and horizontal roadway alignment, intersection design studies, parking lot layout and grading, bicycle facility design, storm sewer design, detention analysis, and construction staging and traffic control.

Responsibilities include client, agency, public, and utility coordination, report and study development, and final plan, specification, and estimate preparation.
