Stephen Winkeler, PE Sr. Engineering Manager

Mr. Winkeler is an engineering and project management professional at Farnsworth Group with 12 years of experience delivering energy and utility projects from design through construction. He specializes in Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) design and serves as one of the firm’s subject matter experts in this area.

In his role, he supports complex infrastructure projects by maintaining internal design tools and performing final quality control reviews for HDD work. Mr. Winkeler also has experience with trenchless installation methods and designing challenging crossings, including those requiring railroad, Department of Transportation, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting.

Mr. Winkeler holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
