Will Mardauss is a structural engineer with more than 15 years of experience helping clients evaluate, design, rehabilitate, and deliver critical transportation infrastructure. His expertise spans bridge design, inspections, rehabilitation, deep foundations, earth retention systems, demolition planning, and construction engineering for highway, railroad, and pedestrian structures.

Known for combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving, Will works closely with clients to navigate complex challenges from planning through construction. His experience includes bridge inspections, load ratings, structural testing, repair strategies, and the design of transportation structures for agencies throughout the Midwest.
