Talk about some of your career milestones or achievements. Getting involved in bigger projects and being a part of a team to determine budget and priority has been a great milestone in my career. Being involved with project proposals and getting more into a project manager role is something I consider as a great achievement in my career and an opportunity to help grow and improve the Company.
In your opinion, what takes an architecture, engineering, or survey project from good, to great? Great communication will always help any discipline of a project do great. Proper communication leads to a good team that knows how to work together to meet deadlines and goals. Communication also helps when issues emerge, as a team can work towards resolving issues efficiently.
Talk about your team. Here at the Frisco office, our Commissioning Team is very efficient in allocating the work to complete all our projects. Our senior project manager, Derek Hudak, is a great leader and I have personally experienced great mentorship and guidance from him in managing projects from start to finish. Our team’s dynamics are great, and this truly helps us to stay on top of projects and help our office grow.
