Located in downtown Peoria’s Innovation District, the Distillery Labs Innovation Hub transformed a former junior college satellite campus into a 55,000 SF center for innovation, entrepreneurship, and workforce development.
Developed through a partnership of seven regional organizations, the $12 million adaptive reuse project provides collaborative space for startups, students, researchers, and business leaders while strengthening the region’s innovation ecosystem. Farnsworth Group served as team lead and architect/engineer of record, delivering architecture, interiors, and engineering services that helped create a catalyst for economic growth and talent development in Central Illinois.
