Facility Assessment Study Outlines Improvements
Farnsworth Group completed a facility assessment study of the buildings and systems to evaluate their overall conditions and provide a baseline document to guide future decisions of maintaining and improving the existing facilities and infrastructure of the campus.
Our assessment included analysis of :
- Major life safety items
- Appearance and accessibility
- Condition of physical plant components (such as doors, windows, finishes and elevators)
- Upcoming maintenance concerns for elevators and other major building components
- Living conditions as they relate to modern standards and best practices for elderly care and housing design
Farnsworth Group defined a master plan for this continuing care community along with implementing renovation and expansion projects for the owner.
