Scott Rodseth serves as Farnsworth Group’s Civil and Transportation Engineering Group Leader and is a Principal of the firm. He brings 20 years of experience and a proven track record of leadership across civil, municipal, land development, transportation, and construction services.

Throughout his career, Scott has driven growth, managed complex operations, and built high-performing teams while overseeing a broad range of services, including highways, structures, water resources, municipal systems, rail, and construction. He has led multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices and developed strong client relationships working with federal and state agencies as well as municipalities across the U.S. and Canada.
